I'm back on track :) Thanks to everyone for all the encouraging words!

I started taking metalsmithing classes a few months ago so I could fabricate some of my jewelry ideas. I'm just now getting the hang of it...

Drying Time

This weekend, I finished up some paintings! Although I like to use gouache, watercolor and oil, my favorite paints to work with are aqua oils which, like all oil paints, take some time to dry. I've been working on these little 4" squares recently which make it easy to switch between paintings so I don't waste paint. These paintings should be dry in a couple of days so I can varnish them and put them in my etsy shop. Hooray!

Hazel wasn’t the only one running from the storm. All sorts of Dreamland critters joined in her flight. The longer they ran, the larger their numbers became.
